Ready to Evacuate? Where Will You GoVolunteers needed By volunteering to help, you and your family can go to a safe place.....one of Brevard County's Special Needs Shelters. Approximately 23% of the population of Brevard County is over the age of 60, many of who need medical assistance on a regular basis. In the event of an evacuation, this Special Needs population can go to one of Brevard County's Special Needs Shelter. The Office of Emergency Management and the Brevard County Health Department are seeking VOLUNTEERS ! BOTH MEDICAL AND non-MEDICAL persons are needed. How you can help
