Brevard Prepares is working hard on Hazard Mitigation for the residents of Brevard. Currently we are completing the priority list for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program ( HMGP). This is a grant program for projects that will break the cycle of damage - reduce repetitive losses from future natural disasters. The Local Mitigation Strategy Plan has those projects listed by sponsor.
